Product warranty
Two-year warranty
Si.Box S.r.l. guarantees its shower enclosures for 24 months from the date of delivery to the sales outlet. This does not include the glass parts. The warranty covers any parts that are faulty on account of defective manufacture and/or the replacement of faulty parts only. Any additional claims made by the principal are not covered.
The warranty obliges Si.Box S.r.l. only to repair and/or replace defective parts; other claims by the customer are excluded.
What the warranty excludes
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or assembly of the product, or damage caused by shipment. These must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery in the transport document.
The warranty does not cover products to which modifications, repairs or replacements have been made that are not authorised in writing by Si.Box S.r.l., thereby releasing it from any claims by the customer.
The warranty does not cover elements subject to wear such as: all types of gaskets, sliding carriages, hinges and handles. Breakage of tempered glass is not covered by the warranty.
